The installation brings together the visual and audial records
from the same area in a contradictory way. The images focus
on the features of being abandoned, left to destruction or
secluded because of being no longer fit for purpose when
sounds of the daily life flows around them, seemingly
ignoring their situation.
…a garden of a hammam that used to once host
gypsy weddings, a greek school without any student,
or a road whose original stones had been removed…
