“Somewhere else, Someone Else” is an installation that combines the casemate’s corridor space with an unusual kind of private space that alludes a place other than this one. With a video projection that resembles a window on the distinctive material texture of the stone walls and a single piece of furniture placed in front of it, this tiny room seems to open upward at the end of the corridor. When taken together, they give the impression that someone is keeping an eye out somewhere.
